Annual LIHBC Walk-a-thon

The LIHBC walk-a-thon is a fun event with a charitable purpose… to raise funds to maintain the LIHBC Gregory Mancini Memorial Scholarship Fund. The fund provides monetary assistance, regardless of need, to Nassau and Suffolk County High School graduates who wish to pursue a career in the building industry.

Every year we provide 2-3 scholarships of $2,000 per year, with possible matching funds provided by participating Long Island Colleges and Universities, to local seniors. To date, LIHBC has helped over two-dozen young students.
