CA Technologies will be donating 3.5 acres of land
NEWS FROM LIBI’S CHARITABLE ARM
LONG ISLAND HOME BUILDERS CARE DEVELOPMENT CORP.
We are proud to announce that CA Technologies will be donating 3.5 acres of land on a cul-de-sac in Islandia to Long Island Home Builders Care Development Corp. for the purpose of building 6 “New Homes for Returning Veterans”. As quoted in Newsday, Islandia Mayor Allan Dorman stated, “They are beautiful homes. This is a great deal. When I returned from Vietnam, I wish they had this for me.” The Mayor is extremely honored to have the first community dedicated to Returning Veterans in the Village of Islandia. CA is totally supportive and dedicated to our vision of Veterans Way becoming a reality. We are very grateful for this very generous opportunity. Due to the enormous amount of work involved in building a 6 home subdivision, we will commence immediately with all the preliminary map, site and legal work.
We are pleased with the support we are receiving from many different individuals, organizations, municipalities, businesses and private entities.
